The shop is in test mode. Prices are samples, payments are simulated, and test orders are not contracts: nothing is charged, made or delivered.

These terms apply when you use tracks3d.com or order from Tracks3D, operated by Tracks3D. Contact us at our contact page.

Your account

You can browse and design without an account, and you need one to order. You can sign in with an email and password or with Google. Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse.

What we sell

We make 3D-printed models of race circuits to order. Our main product is the framed set: a model, a printed poster and a frame. Models come from real map data. They are decorative, not surveying or engineering products, and elevation may be exaggerated where the product says so. 3D-printed plastic shows fine layer lines, and colours can vary a little between screens and material batches.

Orders and prices

The price shown at checkout is the price of that exact design. Your order is an offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order after payment. We may decline an order, for example if a design can't be made, and in that case we refund any payment in full. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will tell you and let you confirm or cancel before going ahead.

Payment

In Serbia you pay by bank transfer. From abroad you pay through PayPal, on its own page. We never see or store your card details. Taxes and delivery costs are shown before you pay.

Making and delivery

Each model is made to order, so production takes time before shipping. Any times we give are estimates unless we say otherwise. Delivery is to the address you give, so please check it. Tell us if something arrives damaged.

Cancellation, returns and defects

Models are made to your specification. Where the law excludes personalized goods from a right of withdrawal, that exclusion applies to them. Please contact us quickly if you want to cancel, as we may still be able to before production starts. Nothing here limits your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described. See also our returns policy.

Your text and designs

You're responsible for any title or text you add. Don't use text that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse to make such a design.

No affiliation, and credits

Tracks3D is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any racing series, rights holder or circuit. Their names only describe the place a model depicts. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database License. The site's design, software and images belong to Tracks3D or their licensors. You may not resell or copy them without permission.

Liability

We're responsible for damage caused by our breach of these terms, as far as the law provides. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our liability for an order is limited to its price. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the seller is established, without taking away mandatory protections of the country where you live as a consumer. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem directly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
